1. Requests received

From service launch to 1 November 2026:

• Requests from foreign authorities (through international judicial cooperation) received: 0.
• Informal requests (without a valid legal order) received: 0.
• Requests resulting in full disclosure: 0. Partial disclosure: 0. Refusals: 0.
• Accounts affected by a data disclosure: 0.
• Requests for interception, surveillance or weakening of encryption: 0 — we would in any case be technically unable to comply.

2. What we could disclose

On a valid legal order targeting an identified account, we can only disclose the data listed in section 1 of our law-enforcement request procedure: account identifier, dates, subscription data and payment references, device metadata, aggregated data volume. We hold neither traffic contents, nor sites visited, nor DNS queries, nor the timing of individual connections, nor your IP address in clear: that information cannot be produced for anyone.

3. Method

Every request received is recorded in an internal register (date, authority, legal basis, scope, response given). The figures above are drawn from that register. A request received but still under review at the report date is counted as received, and its outcome appears in the next edition.

4. Commitment

This report is updated at least every six months (next edition due no later than 1 May 2027), and without delay if a change in legislation or an unusual request requires it. We will never change our no-logs browsing policy at the request of a third party without announcing it publicly on this page.
